We're in the dog days of summer, and we've got a lot of you spotting GOCO this month! Click to vote for your July favorite below, or find all three on the GOCO Instagram @greatoutdoorscolorado. Likes will be counted starting now until Friday at noon.

The post with the most likes by Friday will win our monthly prize pack, which includes John Fielder’s Guide to Colorado’s Great Outdoors, scratch off tickets from Colorado Lottery, GOCO swag, and Colorado’s Great Outdoors, a collection of stunning pictures of the open spaces GOCO has helped conserve over the last 20+ years. We don't have any state park finalists this month, but entries from any of our 42 state parks are eligible for a free day pass from CPW as well!

@itsbrunson posed with her adorable dog Ember at the Buena Vista River Park, where GOCO has invested nearly $300,000 through multiple grants dating back to 1996.

Our next entry is from @coloradotraveltips, who snapped this pic at the Gunnison Whitewater Park. GOCO funded the whitewater park with a $350,000 grant this past year. We won't hold it against them for spotting an older GOCO sign - we've been hard at work this summer to update signs as you all have brought our attention to outdated or missing signs. Thanks for your help!

And last - but certainly not least! @ileanaj showed off her sister's gymnastic skills at Buena Vista River Park. We have a feeling she and @itsbrunson were partners in crime on this one. We don't want to pit friends against each other, but only one can win, so get voting!

Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) invests a portion of Colorado Lottery proceeds to help preserve and enhance the state’s parks, trails, wildlife, rivers and open spaces. GOCO’s independent board awards competitive grants to local governments and land trusts, and makes investments through Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Created by voters in 1992, GOCO has funded more than 4,500 projects in all 64 counties without any tax dollar support. The grants are funded by GOCO’s share of Colorado Lottery revenues, which are divided between GOCO, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the Conservation Trust Fund and school construction.
