LPOR Land Acquisitions
Spring 2013 Land Acquisition applications are available by request only. After reviewing the following documents to familiarize yourself with GOCO’s due diligence requirements, contact Jake Houston at 303-226-4517  to discuss due diligence review and your potential project.

A NOTE ON APPRAISALS: GOCO recommends that you wait until a grant is awarded and GOCO has designated a review appraiser before you begin the appraisal process. If, however, you’ve already engaged an appraiser or have been in contact with a potential appraiser, please provide him/her with GOCO’s LPOR Appraisal Guidelines below. Regardless of when the appraisal is completed, the appraiser and the grantee must sign and comply with the Appraisal Guidelines.
