Emily manages the relationship with Colorado Parks and Wildlife, GOCO’s largest partner. Her work with the agency on joint strategic priorities, funding, and annual programs and projects takes her to all corners of her native state. She joined GOCO in 2014 after a year in Durango working on the Hermosa Creek Watershed Protection Act with Conservation Colorado. Prior to the conservation world, Emily spent two years as a Fellow with El Pomar Foundation. Emily graduated from CU’s Executive MBA program in the summer of 2018 and has an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in Economics and Environmental Studies. In 2018, Emily was appointed to Denver Water’s Citizen Advisory Committee where she represents Denver residents You can find her casting to rising trout in the summer and chasing elk in the fall.
