Where Do You GOCO - July Projects

Friday, August 12, 2016 -- GOCO

Okay, where did summer go?! Fortunately, there's a silver lining for students at three schools - they'll have new playgrounds to enjoy on their first day back. We also had three land conservation properties close (just like buying a house...there's a lot to do after you committ the funding!) and saw the completion of flood recovery,  habitat restoration, and trail construction projects. Keep scrolling (or play around in the new interactive map feature!) to see what $1.5 million in Colorado Lottery revenues look like:

Where Do You GOCO - June Projects

Wednesday, July 27, 2016 -- GOCO

Summer keeps everyone busy with plenty of outdoor activities, and GOCO grantees are no exception! They've been hard at work investing more than $3.6 million in GOCO funding this month, with six projects wrapping up in June.

2016 Grant Writing Workshops and Listening Tour

Tuesday, July 12, 2016 -- GOCO

GOCO staff is hitting the road in August for our annual local government grant writing workshops. We're also looking for feedback from all of our grantees about what it's like to work with GOCO. The first two hours of the agenda are for prospective local government grantees to learn how to make their applications as competitive as possible; the second hour-and-a-half segment will be dedicated to asking about your experiences working with GOCO staff on grant applications and funded projects.
